One of the premier aims of the National Homebrew Club is the education of our brewers, with this is in mind the BrewCon conference is aimed at furthering their education by putting together a day of talks and discussions in a friendly and informative atmosphere.
Each year we focus on further improving your brewing knowledge and developing your brewing skills.
Since our inaugural event in 2015, we have brought you; the fundamental ingredients of brewing, pushing the boundaries on what you can achieve in a glass of beer and broadening your brewing skills to achieve even more in improving your brewing ability.
We have introduce you to a wide variety of speakers from the internationally know icons to more local, sources of knowledge.
We try and keep it interesting and cover the widest reach and interest from more technological processes to more broader brewing topics.
The venues have helped make BrewCon what it is, with good catering, comfortable environment and plenty of time to catch up with old mates & perfect opportunity to make new friends within the homebrewing community.
A great part of BrewCon and it’s attendees, this is where the best brews from the homebrew clubs across the country are showcased in a beer festival area.
Alongside a selection of commercial craft beers, we have local clubs from all over the island pouring corny kegs of their own brews.
We have some great beers pouring and we encourage lots of inter-club mingling with a little bit of friendly rivalry too, as they show off their skills.
